Tundish Flux is used in order to prevent molten metal from conditions like temperature drop and oxidation, during the process of continuous casting. Our offered flux is a carbonized rice husk that is a granule type product made using organic binder. This Tundish Flux is extensively demanded by various forging and die casting industries for keeping the molten metal warm.

Further Details

This product is used for preventing the molten metal from temperature drop and the oxidation as the period of casting goes by after putting this product on to the surface of tundish molten metal in continuous casting. This product for which the main material is carbonized is rice husk which is a granule type product using organic binder. It has the characteristic to spread because the product breaks and becomes powder type as soon as the granule comes in contact with the molten metal, so that it can easily cover the surface of the molten metal. It generates little dust with a great effect of keeping the molten metal warm.
